Order Processing Time
Every order we receive is processed within 1–3 business days before it ships out. This processing window covers the time our team needs to verify, pack, and prepare your order — it doesn't include weekends or public holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (the 48 connected states).
We're unable to ship to the following locations at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Other small U.S. outlying islands
- Military/APO/FPO addresses
- Any other U.S. territories or islands not part of the contiguous United States
If your shipping address falls into one of the categories above, please note that we're currently unable to fulfill delivery there. We recommend using an address within the contiguous United States to ensure your order can be processed.
Shipping Cost
For all orders shipped within our service area (the contiguous United States):
- Orders totaling $0.01–$34.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies
- Orders totaling $35.00 or more: free shipping
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has shipped. This estimate reflects transit time only and does not include weekends or holidays.
Your total estimated delivery time = order processing time + shipping/transit time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs inspections, high-volume holiday periods, carrier/flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens and will do our best to keep you updated.
Order Cutoff Times
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PT) on a business day are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PT) are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
