Our Return Window

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That's why we offer 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Holiday Extension: Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 are eligible for an extended return window through January 15 of the following year, giving you extra time to make returns after the holiday season.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for both of the following situations:

  • Change of mind — if you simply changed your mind about an item, you're welcome to return it within the return window.
  • Defective or damaged items — if your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we'll make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn, with no visible signs of wear
  • In its original condition with all original tags still attached
  • Returned in its original packaging (or packaging of equivalent protective quality)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Given the nature of our handbags and leather goods, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items showing visible signs of use, wear, stains, or odor
  • Items missing original tags or original packaging
  • Items purchased as final sale or clearance-marked at checkout
  • Gift cards

Please note: we do not offer customized or made-to-order products, so all items in our catalog are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions above.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or we made an error (wrong item shipped, quality issue, etc.): we cover 100% of the return shipping cost and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • If you're returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, no longer needed, sizing preference, etc.): you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. A prepaid label is not provided in this case, and you may choose your preferred shipping carrier.

We do not charge any restocking fees or handling fees on returns, regardless of the reason for the return.

Please make sure this exact address is used when sending your return, and that your order number is included inside the package so we can process it quickly.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple — please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by emailing service@hxatelier.com or reaching out through our Contact Us page within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Let us know your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for confirmation — our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your return is approved and provide any special instructions (such as return shipping label, if applicable).
  3. Pack and ship your item — securely package the item in its original packaging, include your order number inside the box, and ship it to our return address listed above.
  4. Refund processed — once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued.

Important: Please always ship your return to the return address listed above, rather than any other address that may appear on your original package or invoice.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions listed above. After inspection, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
